1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Simbot ("the Service"), operated by Simbot ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Simbot is an automated poker simulation analysis tool. It processes hand histories, runs simulations using Holdem Resources Calculator (HRC), and provides an interactive strategy viewer to analyze simulation results. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Payments page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Submit malicious content or attempt to exploit the Service
• Use the Service or view simulation results during live play or real-time poker games

Simbot is designed as an off-the-table study tool to enhance your understanding of poker when you are not actively playing. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of any poker sites you participate in. Using the Service in ways that violate those terms may lead to repercussions from those sites, including potential bans or restrictions on your accounts. We reserve the right to share usage data with poker platforms to support fair play enforcement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Simbot and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Simulation result files you generate are yours to use. HRC is a product of Holdem Resources Calculator and is used under license.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that simulation results will be accurate in all circumstances. Poker simulations are analytical tools and should not be treated as financial or gambling advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simbot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or gameplay outcomes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
